Reader's Advisory 101
Reader’s Advisory 101
Are you a librarian who wants to know more about the hot authors of a specific genre so that you are better able to serve your patrons and train your staff? Or maybe you are just someone who wants to explore new genres to read? Come and join librarians for an animated discussion about the most popular genres/subgenres and the authors who write them.
Tanya Abramovitch and Janine West will be talking about their approach to RA at the CSL Library. This will be an informal session where all are invited to speak, ask questions and enjoy the company of fellow colleagues. It will be equally for professional development as well as an entertaining social gathering. Feel free to invite a friend!
